By accessing wimc.in (or any WimC ordering surface), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old, or placing an order under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to transact with us. Information you provide during ordering (name, contact number, address) must be accurate and complete.
Where online payment is available, we accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net-banking and select wallets via our third-party payment gateway. By making payment, you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. WimC is not liable for any loss caused by incorrect payment information provided by you.
Estimated delivery/preparation times shown on our site are approximate and may vary due to order volume, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. WimC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery partners once an order has left our outlet, but we will assist in resolving any issue raised.
All content on this website — including the WimC name, logo, recipes, photography, graphics and layout — is the property of WimC / Frame & Flow and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
