• Payment information — when online payment is enabled, transactions are processed by our payment gateway partner. WimC does not store your card, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials on its own servers.
• Device & usage data — browser type, pages visited, time spent, referring site, and approximate location, collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools.
• Communications — messages you send us via the Contact form, WhatsApp, email or social media.

How We Use It

• To process, prepare and deliver your order, and send order/payment status updates.
• To respond to enquiries, feedback and support requests.
• To improve our menu, website experience and outlet operations.
• To send offers, new-flavour announcements or promotions — only if you've opted in; you can unsubscribe anytime.

Orders & Payment Data

When you place an order — online or in-store — we collect the minimum information needed to fulfil it: contact details, delivery/pickup preference, and order contents. Online payments (UPI, cards, net-banking, wallets) are handled by a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway. WimC's servers never receive or store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN. We may retain a masked reference (e.g. last 4 digits, transaction ID) for order history, refunds and dispute resolution.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep your cart/session active, and understand how visitors use our site through analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features (like checkout) may not work correctly without them.
